i was looking for an episode that i watched as a kid (it was a hide behind the sofa kind of thing).at first i thought it was from "tales of the unexpected" or something called "out of the unknown".I tried too look for it on ebay and eventually an australian guy told me it was from hammer house of horror.
Description:
Two couples having dinner one night in a country cottage, room goes cold, doors windows wont open, eventually after much spooky scary stuff they knock a wall down and there is a skeleton behind the wall

Anyone any ideas?.My description is probably a little shaky because it was about 200 years ago (it seems like it!).

PS have you noticed something about these plays from the 70s the speech is so slow you have time to make coffee between sentences

It sounds like its 'and the wall came tumbling down' from the Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense. I'm having a stab in the dark but if it is Hammer, thet's probably your closest match.
