How old is everyone here?

Post by beezy »

I'm 37, meaning I was far too young to be allowed to see them in 1980-1981,
(my parents allowed it though, naughty , naughty)
Maybe thats I why I can remmeber Suzanne Danielle so well, wow that episode was somthing else

I will be 41 in December. I was 14 or 15 when the series was first aired in 1980. For some reason, I couldnt get the programme out of my head! So I was well pleased when the box set was released!

I'm 31 and I must have caught a second showing (1983/4?) as I would have only been 5 in 1980. I managed to remember a good 5 or 6 episodes before I got the boxed set. I even remembered the title sequence. Very much a classic series!

I am 38 (soon to be 39) and watched the series the first time around with my mum on a Friday night. We were both gripped and still are. At the time we were very suprised (infact horrified) that each episode ended badly, left you shockingly up in the air - it was unique at the time!

I'm nearly 30 so only 2 when the original series came out but remember watching some episodes at a friends house once and was hooked ever since - they simply do not make them like this anymore, mores the pitty, each episode a different classic in it's own right - very clever writers and actors - and the opening sequence and music, well....hold onto your hats time!!!!
