The House That Bled To Death
The house in question was located on Chairborough Road by the roundabout at Whitelands Road.
Wayside Stored is opposite the house, on the corner of Whitelands Road.
The butchers shop was located not far away in Mentmore Road.
The pub scenes were almost certainly filmed in The Jolly Bodger pub, which was also located on Chairborough Road, near the junction with Longland Way. I am realiably informed by Max Paull, who discovered the location (Nov 2021), that the pub had an upstairs bar so this marries up with the scenes showing people walking up stairs. The pub closed in 2015.
