Kevin Flanagan, a major contributor to finding locations, thinks that the library, which was originally thought to be in Maidenhead, could actually be Charville Library, Bury Avenue, Hayes as it has the same style roof and is just a couple of miles from Hillingdon where most of the filming for The Mark of Satan took place.

However, he says the location is more likely to be Oak Farm Library, Sutton Court Road, Hillingdon, as it also has the same style roof and is located only 1.5 miles from Hillingdon Hospital where the hospital scenes were filmed.
